Thompson Electric, Inc. is currently seeking an individual for a Construction Accounting Administrative Assistant role, based out of the strategic management office in Lebanon, TN. This position provides support to our Construction Accountant, and Thompson Electric, Inc. by fulfilling data entry and data management needs, and by completing required Accounting Administrative Assistant tasks. This position will entail various accounting needs. Duties include but are not limited to: - Routine operational data entries involving employee files, accounts payable, purchase orders, and expense reports. – This position will also serve as a backup to track and enter payroll and make corrections or updates as needed. – Works closely and interacts with the Construction Accountant on a day-to-day basis. Interacts and communicates regularly with all the various roles in the division – owner, director of operations, project managers, foremen and field crew members. Strong proficiency with Microsoft products is preferred. Previous experience working in the construction industry is preferred and experience with Computer Ease is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
