We are currently hiring a Congregate Dining Site Coordinator to work within our Senior & Caregiver Support Services agency at the Glenville Senior Center. As the Congregate Dining Site Coordinator, you would be responsible for the day to day activities of the meal site. Oversight of meal preparation, serving meals, implementing daily program activities, daily and monthly record keeping and reporting; data/statistical tracking in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the agency and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Responsibilities include volunteer supervision, participant intakes, service tracking and reporting, implementing program recreational/educational activities with the Program Manager. This is a great opportunity to utilize organizational, communication, and human service skills working with the older adult population.

Congregate Dining Site Coordinator Schedule: 20-25 hours a week. Monday through Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma, with at least 2 years’ experience; Associate degree in human services or related field strongly preferred

· Experience working with older adults definite plus
