The Position

We are looking for a QC Technician to join our QC team in San Diego County. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate to grow a career in a stable field with an industry leader. Experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate material sampling with quarry and plant managers

· Conduct routine QC testing on concrete, aggregates, and asphalt

· Document results in database and report to supervisor as needed

· Ensure QC lab is in clean, well-maintained, and safe condition

· Become familiar with and adhere to QC procedures for material sampling and testing

· Work with QC team in ensuring materials are within specification

Requirements:

· Strong ability in mathematical calculations

· Detail oriented – able to follow instructions and technical guidelines

· Ability to lift 50 lbs

· Proficient in use of computer and data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Quality Control Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
• Concrete Testing: 2 years (Preferred)

• Aggregate Materials Testing: 2 years (Preferred)
