Allied Concrete Pumping's Pump Operator position offers individuals the opportunity for future advancement to positions within the company and other divisions of Easton Companies.

Starting wage is dependent on experience.

Must have Valid CDL.

As a Pump Operator; Manage each job with expertise and care. Always adhere to our standards in work performed and relations with our clients. Maintain communication with the Pump manager and crews to achieve an integrated team approach, giving our customers best class product and service

As a Pump Operator; Maintain a properly organized job from start to finish. Maintenance of equipment is performed on a prescribed schedule basis and all maintenance/repair needs are communicated promptly to the Shop Coordinator. Equipment will be operated in a safe, efficient and effective manner, taking care not to use equipment improperly.

Daily work will include a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Operation of pump truck and associated equipment
• Operation of concrete pump to direct flow to appropriate areas
• Monitor all hose and pump connections to check for safety and quality control
• Coordinate product movement activities with other workers to ensure continuous flow of product
• Record operating data, such as products and quantities pumped, storage tank used, gauge readings and operating time
• Comply with strict safety standards issued by multiple regulatory agencies and procedural documentation
• Operate aerial concrete boom on commercial and residential projects.· Perform preventative maintenance
• Complete time sheet and job sheet documentation
• Use excellent quality of workmanship at all times
• Comply with contract and Easton Companies Safety, Quality, Traffic Management, and environmental systems at all times
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients in order to improve current contract performance and maximize the possibility of securing future profitable work

The ideal candidate will have the ability to: Minimum 5 years experience operating a concrete pump truck preferred, but will train the right candidate

• Understanding of computerized controls and electronics.
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Candidate must have manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Very good physical strength and stamina, able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices
• A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
• Work outdoors in year-round climates.
• Handle an average of 8 to 10 hours of physical labor daily
• Lift up to 70 lbs
