Job description
A concrete laborer must perform the following duties.
- Clean out footings with a shovel
- Grade slabs with a shovel and a cum-a-long.
- Run plate compactor.
- Use laser level to check grades and elevations.
- Load and unload materials and tools.
- Place and tie wire mesh and rebar.
- Any other tasks that may be needed.
- A laborer must have a tool pouch and hammer, tape measure, a pair plyers/wire cutters, pencil, and safety glasses.
