Poured Wall Foreman
We are looking for an experienced poured wall foreman. Ideal candidate must have 3+ years experience in a leadership role. We perform commercial/residential concrete work. Must have experience in all aspects in the layout/setup of footings/walls. Team player, capable of leading a productive crew, and a positive attitude are a must. Company pickup truck is provided and benefits after 30 days of employment.
$45-$55 BOE
Concrete Finishers
We are looking for experienced concrete flatwork finishers. Candidates must have 2+ years experience in pouring/finishing concrete. Experience with a troweling machine is a plus. We perform commercial/residential work. Must have a valid drivers license and own finishing hand tools.
Pay based on experience
Concrete Laborer
We are looking for concrete laborers. Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right people with a positive attitude. Strong work ethic is a must. Must have a valid driver's license. CDL experience is preferred. Opportunity for advancement is available.
$22-$26 BOE
We have year round work available to those who are interested. We do travel occasionally for work within the state. Office/Shop is located in Delafield, WI. Paid from the time you leave the shop till the time you get back. You will drive/ride in our company trucks. We typically work 45-55 hours per week. We offer direct deposit and 1 week paid vacation after 6 months of proven employment. Bonuses based on performance will be paid out at the end of the year.
