Randall Walls is currently seeking Concrete Construction Laborers to work in our Precast Concrete yard in Apopka, FL.
Basic physical requirements, required knowledge and duties expected of each REWS plant employee:
Must be able to work outside year-round, all weather conditions which sometimes include extreme cold and heat
- Standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders/scaffolding, kneel, bend and stoop
- Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs
- Must be able to read English, read a tape measure and know basic math
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Understand & abide by company policies relative to safety training, participate in safety program and training
- Commit to producing quality products
- Identify, understand, & report safety hazards, poor behavior, and unsafe actions immediately
- Report ALL accidents to the Plant Manager immediately
- Complete daily preventive maintenance tasks as assigned, including tool maintenance
Concrete Construction Laborer
Assist in the production of precast concrete products
- Ensure the form and necessary materials are set according to the piece details
- Checks to ensure concrete is within compliance of standards established
- Pours and finishes concrete
- Complete daily preventive maintenance tasks as assigned, including tool maintenance and daily housekeeping of surrounding area
