What You’ll Do
The Concierge is responsible for the day to day operations of the hospital information desk.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Practice exemplary customer service
- Engage immediately with guests and staff at desk or passing by
- Give concise, accurate directions to patients and visitors
- Handle difficult customer interactions when necessary in a professional and respectful manner
- Enjoy helping people and actively look for ways to do so
What You’ll Bring
