We need you to join our team as a Concierge:
Sinai Residences is seeking a service driven Concierge who will provide 5-star hotel quality concierge services for Sinai Residences of Boca Raton. The Concierge proactively anticipates the needs of the resident so a solution can be offered before being requested, personalizing the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of the resident.
The perfect candidate will possess the keen ability to:
* Answer guest inquiries
* Direct phone calls
- Provide comprehensive information about local businesses, travel selections and the entertainment scene
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of hospitality experience strongly preferred,
Some higher education and vocational training in the hospitality industry desired
Strong geographic knowledge of surrounding areas preferred
Awareness of cultural events a plus
As Concierge you must uphold the company culture at all times while making residence and guests feel welcomed and valued.
