RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

- 1. Professionally greet visitors to the Buckner Villas campus.
- 2. Answer multi-line telephone, accurately take messages and distribute
messages to the appropriate staff on a timely basis.
- 3. Accurately sort incoming mail and process outgoing mail on a daily
basis.
- 4. Accurately maintain petty cash funds and records for the Business
Office and the Resident Trust Fund.
- 5. Receive and accurately log incoming accounts receivable and other
monies.
- 6. Receive and log maintenance and housekeeping requests.
- 7. Assist with daily deposits and accounts receivable processing.
- 8. Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable using established
record retention system.
- 9. Serve as support staff to the Executive Director and other Department Managers and staff.
- 10. Maintain compliance with Buckner policies and procedures. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and state and federal laws.
- 11. Attend staff meetings and training as required.
- 12. Perform general office tasks as required; create accurate and timely documentation.
- 13. Accurately prepare and proofread letters, memos, spreadsheets and other correspondence daily.
- 14. Work successfully as part of a team and responsible for developing then maintaining strong working relationships with co-workers.
- Perform special assignments, projects, and other duties as required.
