Concession Stand Manager

Diamond Concessions is a food service company that specializes in concessions and catering for minor league sports and outdoor amphitheaters across the United States. Diamond Concessions currently services 9 minor league teams who have a shared focus in providing great customer service and the highest quality product for our partners and patrons.
The Spud Kings junior league hockey team will play in a new state of the art hockey arena that seats over 5000 guests including 12 private suites, 16 loge suites, and 5 concession stands and the Blue Cross Convention Center.
Job Description
Responsible for running the operation of the concession stands including the cashiers, cooking and prep areas. The Concession Stand Manager will oversee stands cleanliness/neatness, product quality, customer service, stand safety, food safety, and alcohol service.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
