IMG* is hiring a full-time COMSEC Account Clerk with TS/SCI at its Washington, DC location.
Responsibilities:Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

*
Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems, network, databases, and Web-based security.

• Responsible for the custody and accountability of centrally and locally accountable COMSEC material
• Responsible for acquisition, control, and distribution of all classified COMSEC material associated with COMSEC account.
• Performs other duties as described in regulatory documents.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
• Advise upper management on the changes and new developments in the security accountability, physical security, standard operating procedures, and policies regarding COMSEC security and materials
• Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation
• Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.

Qualifications:Clearance Required: TS/SCI to start. Candidate must be able to pass a CI Poly.

• COMSEC Account Manager Course (CAMC)
• Key Management Infrastructure (KMI)
• ITIL v4 Foundation

Education/Experience:

• Meets one of the following education/experience combinations:
• High School Diploma + 9 years
• Associate's Degree + 7 years
• Bachelor's Degree + 5 years
• Master's Degree + 3 years
• PhD + 0 years

• Relevant experience in managing COMSEC accounts
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Possess considerable organization and project management skills

COVID Vaccination: As required by Executive Order 14042 and the guidance provided by the Federal Workforce Task Force, all federal contractor employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected, you will be required to be submit proof of vaccination before your start date with IMG. IMG will provide additional information regarding what information or documentation will be needed and how you can request an exception from this requirement.
