Your field of responsibility


Join us as Junior Cross Border Compliance Officer within a diverse and global department which is committed to realizing the firm’s overall goals as part of the Compliance organization. As part of the team, work with business representatives (including First Line of Defense Support), Compliance, General Counsel Specialists and Internal Audit on CB control and challenge matters. You implement the Market Access control and challenge activities for the Americas with a focus on Investment Banking and Asset Management business divisions and chip in to global projects (i.e. new automated controls/surveillance/Compliance Risk Assessment and Risk and Control Self-Assessment). Furthermore, you provide advice on Market Access related matters and classroom/virtual trainings. Finally, you identify, assess, and raise Market Access risks to Senior Management.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for highly motivated applicants with 2+ years of experience in the banking industry (preferably in a Compliance, Business Risk Management, Investment Banking business support function or Audit function).

  • University degree
  • Team-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven comprehension skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to build and sustain links and team members
  • Proficiency in English required. Business fluency in Spanish in particular is a plus along with any other languages
  • Proven Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills
  • Data sourcing knowledge is a plus
