PAY
$42,000 to $50,000 *Paid hourly at $20-22 per hour and occasional incentives and bonuses. Cascade always says we will consider negotiation for just the right talented people.
Hours - 8 hours days, Monday – Friday, typically 8:30am to 4:30pm CST
Location - Corporate Office is at 169 & Barry Road in the Northland, Kansas City, MO

SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU'LL DO

At Cascade, we pride ourselves on providing a world class experience to each member of our team. As the Compliance & Credentialing Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering that experience to our travel staff, working shoulder to shoulder with our HR and Travel teams. Responsibilities include:

· Gathering, reviewing and submitting all required documentation and paperwork for travel contracts

· Utilizing various credential management systems to ensure successful and efficient submittal of credentials

· Demonstrate exceptional teamwork/communication/results focus, working with the Travel team and contract staff to coordinate labs, urine analysis collection, and completion of various other medical evaluations

· Obtain references and verifications of employment, submit background check requests and verify applicable licenses and certifications

· Be the main point of contact for both contract staff, as well as vendors in relation to credential and paperwork work requirements.

· Ensuring that our travel staff maintain ongoing compliance with both Cascade and Client requirements

· Assisting with any other tasks that pertain to the HR team (as needed)
