COMPLIANCE AND CLIENT RIGHTS ANALYST

My Health My Resources of Tarrant County (MHMR) is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Compliance and Client Rights Analyst to join our newly created Compliance and Client Rights Team. This is an exciting time to join us and have the opportunity to collaborate in the establishment and development of the team. We are looking for an individual that understands client's needs and coordinates employee efforts and communications between agency staff and clients. In this role, you will help ensure regulatory compliance. This involves assisting in internal audits, suggesting agency process improvements, and providing training or information to employees. You will also stay up-to-date with regulatory changes to help us transition into the future as seamlessly as possible. You will help maintain agency excellence in compliance and client rights matters. You should understand regulatory compliance and understand client rights as you advocate for them with a heartfelt commitment to our WE CARE values.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience

Preferred: Juris Doctor or Master’s Degree does not require experience

Experience in compliance and client’s rights preferred. Advocacy department or community center experience preferred but not required

Pay: $17.10 - $30.00 per hour
