We are currently seeking a Compensation / HR Analyst.

Compensation: $85,000 - 95,000 annually

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides compensation expertise and counsel to Management for all business units with respect to all compensation matters including; salary management, compensation program administration and plan design, retention needs, benefits, and policies and procedures in support of strategic objectives.
  • Provides support in administering and maintaining company-wide competitive, cost-effective, and internally equitable compensation and benefit programs.
  • Builds critical relationships and demonstrates ability to influence internal customers at all levels on compensation matters.
  • Identifies and generates competitive and sustainable solutions to challenging compensation issues, while counseling and educating Management on compensation philosophy and practices.
  • Supports the creation of a sustainable competitive compensation strategic plan.
  • Supports and improves compensation related processes and programs through data creation, analytics, modeling, reporting, and auditing across the organization.
  • Leads the annual compensation planning cycle, including data prep and ensure data accuracy
  • Contributes to the delivery of compensation objectives by administering assigned programs, providing metric reporting as necessary and documenting compensation procedures to meet company and departmental needs.
  • Responsible for compensation recommendations for business related job changes such as new positions, job changes, conversions, and relocations.
  • Maintains and enhances compliance related to compensation practices.
  • Conducts, participates in, and analyzes salary surveys and other available competitor information sources to ensure the existence of a competitive compensation structure.
  • Responsible for data preparation, benefit billing/costing, review and submission of budget, expenses and accruals to Accounting and Finance for all related compensation and benefit programs.
  • Leads compensation and benefit related projects, included but not limited to benchmarking across all Divisions and groups.
  • Responsible for the annual total reward program statements.
  • Ensures compliance of all compensation programs with federal and state regulations.
  • Works closely with VP of HR to create HR analytics and Key Performance Metrics/ Indicators.
  • Conducts periodic audits of salaries to identify any potential problems or non-compliance issues.
  • Assists in preparing and delivering training materials for management and Team Members regarding compensation / benefit (Total Rewards) programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Human Resources Analyst function or similar role.

  • 3 or more years’ experience in the analysis, analytics, design and/or administration of compensation and benefit programs.

  • Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Understanding of predictive analysis, key performance indicators.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
