- For 1:1 clients $12.00 - $13.70 hourly rate + the weekend differential
- When working in a facility it is $16/hour + the weekend differential
- Make $1 more an hour from Friday 8pm - Sunday 8pm
- BONUS RATE for ON-CALL CAREGIVERS makes $4.50 more an hour! (call for more info)
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
- Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing
- Planning and preparing meals
- Providing medication reminders
- Providing transportation to and from appointments
- Helping family members learn safe care techniques
- Live-In cases
- 1 hour shifts up to 12 hours shifts
- Must be flexible Monday - Sunday (call for more info)
- Facilities located in Dublin and Hilliard Other areas
- Work with 6-10 residents at a time
- Must be high skilled
- 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
- Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
- Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
- Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats)
- Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience
- Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!
- Verifiable work and professional references (being eligible for rehire).
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to cook.
