The position at its core.
The Community Solar D2D Leader role requires a well organized, quick thinking, multi-tasking, customer service-oriented, doer. The Ideal candidate is hungry to learn, has a knack for smart, effective sales tactics and can overcome adversity.
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to - residential sales activities, personnel and results in our high profile Maine territory. This includes performing direct sales, relationship building, managing your residential sales, training some residential sales representatives at times and acting as a mentor / guide to all sales representatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Maintains professionalism under pressure.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented work style, with well-developed communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize activities, manage timelines and interface with diverse groups of clients.
- Takes initiative and is a self-starter.
- Able to switch from one project or assignment to the next smoothly and quickly.
- Strong work ethic. A team player with a strong focus on driving results.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite applications (Doc, sheets, drive, etc).
- Needs to be available for any and all community solar sales reps who need guidance / assistance.
- Be a storyteller.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
- Management experience.
- Knowledge of community solar.
- Door to door sales experience

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
