Assisted Living is currently in search for an Assistant of Community Relations with a heart and compassion for seniors. As the Assistant of Community Relations, you will be accountable for creating, implementing and monitoring a full sales strategy for the assisted living community. Must be able to follow through with attention to detail and be sensitive to the needs of the elderly. Overseeing and using a lead man/lead womanagement system.
Job responsibilities:
Proactively seeking and maintaining prospective residents and families for assisted living services and grow community census.
Create, implement, and follow through on events to increase prospective residents to the community.
Provide the highest level of customer service including building the prospect database, responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and performing purposeful follow-up calls entering them in a lead tracking system.
Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, rehabs, and other referral sources
Conduct external marketing calls according to schedule, and dependent on census for 2 facilities
Build community relationships through participation in networking groups at least 2x weekly and Hosting community events
Develop resident referrals through promotion of incentives and housewarming parties
The applicant should have excellent social skills and skilled at multi tasking. Great opportunity to learn the field of health care and helping people. Candidate would work closely with the Administrator of the facility.
