Community and Outpatient Clinical Program Manager for MIYA Program

We are seeking a creative, dynamic and compassionate individual to fill an immediate need for a Community and Outpatient Clinical Program Manager in our Mobile Intervention for Young Adults (MIYA) Program. The MIYA Program, delivers comprehensive, mobile services and supports to youth during their transition out of the social service system into a community. The program works closely with the youths family and/or natural supports to assist the youth with meeting their individual goals for recovery. This program serves Allegheny County Health Choices/Medical Assistance eligible youth ages 18 to 25 years, with a primary serious emotional/behavioral disorder or serious mental illness (SE/BD). The goal is to support transition-age youth to live as independently as possible in their community while maximizing stability and long-term recovery.

The Outpatient Mental Health (OPMH) Program delivers comprehensive, individual, family, or group mental health treatment to individuals across the lifespan. The OPMH program is located at our McKeesport site and offers in person and telemedicine services to our clients.

Key Objectives:

  • Promote the philosophy and mission of Auberle in the provision of all responsibilities.

  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of MIYA/OPMH personnel.

  • Responsible for reinvestment invoicing and monthly reporting submission requirements.

  • Lead the team to provide innovative, quality services

  • Lead the team to meet, maintain and exceed productivity expectations and goals

  • Schedule and facilitate reviews of charts on a minimum quarterly frequency to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery

  • Work in collaboration with agency leaders to establish annual team goals

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree from an accredited college in counseling or related field; licensure preferred
  • Working knowledge of effective treatment modalities and trauma-informed services that support innovative therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent therapeutic skills and insights.
  • Valid drivers license, vehicle and proof of insurance
  • ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances, Full COVID-19 vaccination required within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to ensure full compliance with agency and governmental regulations while you observe behaviors, affect, and interactions including mild physical activities with clients
