Basic Responsibilities
Plans, develops, implements, produces, and coordinates internal communications and marketing activities for the PUD. Designs, maintains, and assists in the management of the PUD’s Web Site and District’s Intranet for editorial content, quality and style, in collaboration with Information Services technical team. Includes finding, creating, and installing tools to create content; checking consistency and development and enforcement of the house style and interactive applications. May perform as project lead on small projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism (emphasis on Marketing), Web/Graphic Design, or related field.
• Two (2) years directly related experience which includes graphic design/desktop publishing, Web site development, and working in a cross-platform computer environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Web site management experience.
• Experience in an energy-related industry or public agency.
