As a member of the Workplace Solutions (WPS) team, you will be part of the team that delivers spaces and experiences that help our employees thrive. Workplace Solutions manages Real Estate, Construction and Design, Workplace Technology, and Building Services in offices, factories, and distribution centers. This role will support the creation, planning and implementation of communication strategy. The ideal candidate will also have experience in change management and graphic design to effectively share messages and bring creative solutions and to maximize engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Communications leader as well as HR Communications colleagues to identify, develop, and execute overall communications strategies.
  • Partners with the NUSA Internal Communications Team and communications managers across the businesses to connect and collaborate on efforts, helping to ensure cross-team cohesive messages and strategies, providing the best employee experience.
  • Thinks creatively to reach various audiences and is courageous in presenting different ways to communicate.
  • Supports enterprise-wide storytelling.
  • Acts as Content Master for internal website for all WPS content on employee services
  • Designs and develops Change Management communications and activities to support WPS projects that offer new employee experiences
  • Provides weekly internal news updates on employee activities supported by WPS
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or other related field
  • Seven years of change management and communications experience in a large corporation
  • Social media type and digital experience for content creation
  • Previous role(s) in WPS field, HR or consulting firm is a plus, but not required
  • Strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to develop and deploy change communication initiatives.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to think end-to-end and provide insights from various viewpoints.
  • Create and develop innovative ways to communicate initiatives to employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while delivering high-quality deliverables to multiple customers and competing priorities.
  • Ability to successfully work with and tailor messaging for senior leadership audience.
  • Ability to use communications and graphics to tell a story to different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to effectively manage complex messages and create easily understood communication messages and materials.
