Job Description: Commercial Sales Account Representative

Reports to: Commercial Sales Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Commercial Sales Department Hours are 8:00 am-6:00 pm- Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am-2:00 pm Saturday. Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week or as dealership volume and needs dictate.

Scope of departmental work: Business to Business Account Management

Compensation: $75,000+, depending on experience

Position Overview: Growing, family owned and operated multi-brand automotive group is seeking a dedicated sales professional to work in a growing Commercial Sales Department. Ideal candidates will be able to multi-task, are deadline driven, have a customer centric mindset and are always looking for opportunities to build client relationships. Candidates with a background in Business-to-Business sales or related field, with the skills highlighted are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively search for and develop relationships with business owners and stakeholders.
• Professionally represent the company during day-to-day activities and in the community at networking functions, sales meetings, etc.
• Be able to manage and improve current processes related to marketing, departmental operations, and customer experience.
• Manage day to day activities within the CRM system to ensure timely customer response and accurate reporting.
• Work closely with sales managers to calculate and quote pricing.
• Perform follow up work to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
• Become a product expert to offer solutions to customers, assist with colleague needs, and help drive departmental growth.

Requirements

· Ideal candidates should have strong business expertise and a minimum of 1-2 years in sales, 3-5 years is preferred. Experience in a related Commercial Sales role or Automotive Dealership environment would be highly considered.

· Candidates must be comfortable with cold calling via phone, internet, and face to face interaction.

· Applicants must be versatile and be able to meet with customers in either the Board Room or a Construction site.

· Candidates should be proficient with MS Office Products, Navigating CRM systems and portal websites used for quoting and order fulfillment.

· Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
