Shift:

Monday-Friday 1st-5:00 am-1:30 pm

Pay Range:

$18-$20 Based on Prior MRT Experience. $1.50/hour Productivity Bonus Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Visually and electronically inspect tires, scanning tires into system, Repair tire injuries and fill with extrusion gum.
• Buffing old tread off tire casings, apply new tread compound on casing, operate tire x-ray machine as necessary, and operate curing chamber and monitor equipment settings.

· Repetitively move or lift 50+ pounds in fast-paced environment, while keeping pace to meet production standard.

· Other duties assigned as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to move, and stack truck tires, tread, and other materials repetitively This includes the ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours a day. Occasional bending, walking, kneeling, and stooping are also required. While in sometimes hot, dirty, manufacturing environment.

· Reliable, eager, self-starter looking to learn and grow with strong eye for detail.

• Must adhere to the wearing of appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment – goggles, ear protection, safety vests, etc.).

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
