We are looking for a Commercial Agent that wants to focus on sales with leasing to join our successful team who is versed in seeking out and pre-qualifying clients for commercial properties. The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with local, state, and Federal Fair Housing laws and enjoys prospecting for commercial properties and clients.

$80,000 - $120,000 at plan

• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
• Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around
• Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract
• Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
