Job Summary

Baron Insurance Group is seeking a full-time, Property & Casualty licensed Commercial Insurance Producer. This individual will be the primary relationship manager for an existing $2M-$2.5M commercial book with a goal to grow the book to $4M+ within the next 3 years. The position includes a support team of a licensed commercial insurance assistant, an administrative assistant and a dedicated agent to manage client certificate requests.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be an advisor and make clients more successful in the areas that matter to them
  • Manage a renewal book of business at designated retention, growth and profitability levels
  • Cross-sell, up-sell existing commercial accounts and ask for Personal Lines and Life referrals
  • Generate, quote and write self generated referrals from renewal book of business and personal network
  • Coordinate service tasks to support team
  • Lead and initiate improvements to the commercial customer service model to improve retention and drive agency growth

Requirements

  • Preferred PA Property & Casualty License
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Two years prior commercial insurance experience preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
