Job description
F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Commercial HVAC Product Estimator for its Londonderry, NH location.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Commercial Quote requests for Roof Top Units, VRF product, HVAC systems and their accessories.
- Estimate HVAC plan and spec projects.
- Work closely with inside and outside sales from various branches.
- Perform Buy-outs with manufacturers and Reps.
- Actively track jobs to find customer awarded projects
- Support design-build and value engineered project opportunities
- Other duties required to support the Commercial groups goals
Qualifications:
- Familiar with the use of the York Navigator Program.
- Ability to read and evaluate construction plans, drawings and schedules.
- Complete accurate project takeoffs
- Possess a basic understanding and technical knowledge of HVAC equipment
- Must be a Self-starter, Detail oriented and Sales driven.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Multitasking is required.
- Strong customer service focus and quality orientation. Demonstrate an ability to create a positive FW Webb experience during every customer contact.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
