The Customer Service Commercial Agent will work directly with Commercial Clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are an excellent candidate for this position if……

• You're a friendly, customer service-obsessed individual with a proven track record in fast, friendly, accurate work
• You display excellent verbal communication with customers and co-workers
• You ensure exceptional telephone etiquette
• You type at least 45 words per minute
• You are detail orientated and have multitasking capabilities
• You are a problem solver
• You have excellent time management skills
• You have solid organizational and documentation abilities

BUT YOUR LIFE EXPERIENCE EXCLUDES:

• DUI/DWI convictions
