Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment'
• CSR/Dispatcher skills will support the Service Dispatcher as well as Admin duties.
• Responsible for service titan dispatching of commercial installers
• Entering Commercial sales reports into service titan.
• Coordinate and schedule installation inspections.
• Coordinate subcontractors for ongoing jobs.
• Assist in administrative task and other office duties.
• Attend training as provided and required for professional growth
• All other duties as set forth by manager

Requirements:

• 1+ year Administration Experience
• Strong computer skills a must
• Must have strong work ethic
• Able to work in fast work paced multitask environment
• Enjoy a positive work environment
• Exceptional and positive communication skills
• Customer Service experience.
• Patience
• Experience with Service Titan a plus but not required
• Good listening skills
• Comfortable working under pressure
