Pay Scale: Competitive - Based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the Company courteously and professionally and treat all customers and employees with respect, utilizing their ideas and suggestions whenever practical.
  • Work with Department Managers in support of the company goals, mission, and vision.
  • Support business profitability by ensuring quality work practices
  • Timely and effective responses to all clients and team members.
  • Meeting attendance as required.
  • Resolve customer, both internal and external complaints in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, projecting a professional and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Complete assignments on time.

KEY SALES COMPETENCY AREAS:

SALES SKILLS - Able to qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions and objections proficiently and responsibly. Aggressively manage quotes to close sales

TIME MANAGEMENT Able to plan and efficiently schedule appointments with timely follow thru to assure maximum productivity.

SURVEYS & PRICING- Able to appraise and survey mechanical system, modification, and/or maintenance requirements. Able to interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions. Properly apply company pricing policy.

ACCOUNT EXPANSION -Able to increase existing customer maintenance coverage and/or Energy Conservation Measure services.

DOCUMENTATION In a timely fashion, prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, and required company paperwork; maintain written supportive information relative to delays, changes, special conditions and schedules, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

  • HVAC Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
