Member Duties : This VISTA will further College Possible's mission by focusing on our Culturally Responsive & Equitable Evaluation (CREE) Process Improvement Project. This VISTA will guide the cultural responsiveness/equity of our research and evaluation practices to be utilized by RDI team members to proactively improve the validity, relevance and utility of our work to those it is purporting to represent. Among other projects, this VISTA will conduct a literature review of bias in traditional research and evaluation practices and an overview of applicable improvements from the CREE lens, provide guidance on practices to be potentially implemented at College Possible, and document the plan for the development of any needed infrastructure/resources. They will apply CREE practices to new evaluation tools for the upcoming program year and leverage it throughout their analysis.
