L3 Funding is a rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in providing financing to small-to-medium-sized businesses throughout the U.S. We have the flexibility and speed to provide financial products to cater to each of our client’s needs. We are looking for a talented Revenue Recovery representative to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding overdue payments from merchants and reducing accounts receivable backlogs. This position will help ease payment backlog and prevent deals from going into collections by applying a hands-on approach to addressing missed payments. Extensive phone experience is a must for this role and experience with collections is also a huge plus. The person in this role has the potential to advance and join our collections team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients concerning the status of payments
• Answer debtor inquiries and negotiate settlements
• Resolve all overdue account balances and recover outstanding payments in a timely manner
• Pinpoint delinquent client accounts through various means, including skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment
• Review open A/R for all assigned accounts and prioritize collection activities
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a great customer experience
• Independently investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile customer statements, billings, and payments
• Observe all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations
• Maintain the integrity of customer accounts and relationships by keeping information confidential
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:

• Prior credit and/or collections experience
• Experience in commercial debt collections and investigations
• Skip Tracing experience preferred
• Experience working with call volume and collections targets and tight deadlines
• Experience with a 3rd party collection agency
• Attention to detail and adherence to the highest quality and ethical standards
• NACM certification such as CBA, CBF, or CCE a plus
• Strong negotiating & financial skills
• Spanish bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
