Position Overview:

The primary function of the Collections Analyst is to perform a variety of collection functions, including timely and accurate collection of payments on delinquent accounts, resolution of pricing/invoicing disputes, and identifying accounts that require write offs or credit memos. The analyst will also maintain strong relationships with our external customers and our sales group, working as a team to meet both performance and financial goals.

Essential Functions:

· Analyze and monitor accounts to determine risk for credit hold

· Make collection calls regarding unpaid account balances

· Process credit card or ACH payments via phone or email

· Determine credits owed for disputes or billing errors

· Research and resolve disputes for service and billing issues with sales team

· Create payment plans for customers

· Answer inbound calls regarding account balances and provide requested documents

· Prepare accounts for outside collections

· Assist Accounts Receivables to locate missing remittance information

· Assist Customer Solutions team with customer disputes/phone calls

Education and Experience

· 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience

· Collection Experience a plus

· Great Plains knowledge a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software

· Independent and self-motivated

· Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work flexible hours/overtime

· Ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
