Essential Duties:

• Assure that produce of the highest quality is made ready and available for the day's run at an acceptable productivity level.
• Prepares, cuts, and repacks products per customers' specifications. Operates machinery such as potato peelers, bag sealers, and others.
• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the work area. While adhering to sanitation and safety procedures for handling and production to SQF standards.
• Responsible for efficiently grading products for quality control and preparing product for shipment by repacking them into smaller increments.
• Grades product for quality control, repacking cases into smaller increments.
• Assemble boxes, labels, stacks, and stocks packages for shipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes work area while adhering to sanitation and safety procedures for handling and production of tomatoes according to SQF standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School/GED but not required
• Skills: Proven ability to work independently, ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level, ability to operate simple machinery

This position requires all candidates to attend a mandatory orientation as well. Please be open to orientation to be considered for this position.
