Job Requirements
- Must be open to cross training as needed
- Must be able to work closely with team members
- Teamwork/Communication is a must
- Eye to hand coordination is a must
- Must be able to complete job duties in timely manner
- Ability to pay close attention to details
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Excellent attendance record and must maintain attendance
- Ability to work and make decisions with minimum supervision
- Overtime as required, including possible Saturday work as needed
- Work standing/walking 8-9 hrs a day
- Must learn to read the frame ticket for appropriate spring applications
