Position Description, Qualifications, and Compensation: Full-time CNA position available in Home Health and Hospice Care. Current CNA license required. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable working independently, perform routine care, manage a patient's care in the home setting, and work in an EMR charting program. We believe it's an honor to care for those in need as they rehabilitate or near the end of life, and we strive to care for them as if they were our own family members.
