**$1000 SIGN ON BONUS- paid in four installments starting with your first paycheck and continuing through first year anniversary. We are looking for CENAs to join our 5 Star Facility team! We are looking for employees that embrace the changing health-care environment and are dedicated to providing excellent care to our residents.

**An extra $2.35 an hour caregiver incentive is in effect in addition to our already competitive wage.

Essential Functions:

• Answer resident lights to determine residents' needs.
• Provide physical support to assist residents to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and eating.

Summary: Under supervision, provides basic nursing assistance and assists

• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as directed by medical or nursing staff.
• Assist resident with range of motion exercises.
• Assist residents with mealtimes.
• Measure and record food and fluid intake or urinary and fecal output, reporting changes to medical or nursing staff.
• Observe or examine patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention, such as bruises, open wounds, or hematuria.
• Document or otherwise report observations of resident behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Change bed linens or make beds.
• Turn or reposition bedridden residents.
• Document using PCC.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and coworkers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a team
• Customer service skills preferred

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• License(s): State Certified CNA license required
• Experience: No experience required.
• Position Hours: 2:30p-11:00p, 10:30p-7:00a
• Job Type: Full and Part-time positions available
