Maple Valley Nursing Home is a small, intimate 25 bed facility that is privately owned. We have wonderful staff and warm residents and families. We are currently hiring a compassionate and dedicated full time Afternoon and Night Shift CNA's to join our team! NOT Certified?? NO WORRIES! We will pay for your training and your time during your training!

Position Summary

Provides residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with each resident’s care plan to best support their overall success and well-being.

Essential Functions

· Assist and document residents in all activities of daily living as needed for each individual resident assigned, e.g., vital signs, weight, feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting and mobility.

· Answer resident “call lights” promptly and courteously.

· Perform light housekeeping duties in residents’ rooms, e.g. make beds, clean spills, and help tidy areas while securing residents’ personal items as needed.

· Safely lift and transfer residents using proper lift equipment and safety devices.

· Render nursing assistance to residents within an assigned unit under the supervision of the RN or LPN.

· Other jobs and duties as assigned

Pay

Starts at $18.50 and goes up based on experience. $17.00 for non-licensed CENA’s during training period. We are willing to train the right candidate!!!

-$500.00 extra (Full-time Employees) Sign-on Bonus after 90 day s with no more then 1 call-in/tardy.
-$500.00 (Part-time Employees) Sign-on Bonus after 30 days with no call-ins/tardiness.
-$250.00 extra (Part-time Employees) Sign-on Bonus after 30 days with no call-ins/tardiness.
