*This position is actually for the Pondera Golf Course located in Conrad, MT.*

Purpose
Manage daily operations of bar, and clubhouse. Maintain high-quality standards and manage all
aspects of the bar and food-handling processes. Strive to continually improve guest and employee
satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of Pondera Golf Course.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing and controlling all operational expenses for Bar/Restaurant
• Observe, monitor, and follow up on all areas of the food/beverage operation on a daily basis
• Report to the board regarding sales results and productivity.
• Maintain and grow hosted events.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Maintains appropriate levels of inventory of food, beer, liquor, and wine.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the bar/restaurant area to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all state liquor laws.
• Oversees restaurant and bar procedures for all catering events.
• Maintains accuracy and accountability for all check and cash transactions.
• Ensures opening and closing procedures are conducted and that checklists are completed and maintained.
• Ensures cleanliness of the bar, and clubhouse area.
• Oversees the scheduling of all bartenders and servers.
• Assists in the training of all Food and Beverage employees in responsible alcohol service and safe food-handling guidelines.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
