Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

As the Institutional Processor, the ideal candidate will be tasked with improving our business relationship with gatekeepers and clients. The role is divided into two aspects: client relationship management and gatekeeper relationship management. Both aspects share a common goal of facilitating good relationships to ensure that our business can maximize the value of these relationships and maintain a superior reputation. In addition, the Institutional Processor will review investment files and documentation assigned to them by the Institutional Relationship Manager.

• Manage and respond to emails sent to the following email distribution lists: VIP1, ZTVIP, JConnerVIP, and all future high priority email distribution lists.
• Communicate with gatekeeper/client on processes such as investment transactions and asset reviews.
• Manage and develop client relationships and deliver world-famous customer service
• Anticipate and assess client needs and business model(s) and resolve issues while retaining the client base and continuing to grow business.
• Assist in identifying trends and providing recommendations to the Institutional Relationship Manager.
• Review transaction paperwork and identify deficiencies; focusing efforts around one funding type until proficiency around all three types have been reached.
• Participate in sales events hosted by gatekeepers as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience

• A high school diploma required
• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience recommended

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• General understanding of IRAs and IRS Publications
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
