The Foundation Works is a professional foundation restoration company looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in sales, particularly within the construction industry.

This is a full-time position reporting to the CEO.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain relationships with clients

· Negotiate and close deals with clients.

· Analyze data and market trends to identify potential opportunities.

· Demonstrate a solid understanding of the company's services.

· Provide excellent customer service to clients.

· Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Construction Industry and a demonstrable track record of success

· Proficiency in computer literacy

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Self-motivated and driven to succeed

· Positive and professional attitude

· Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

· Experience with Buildertrend Construction Workeragement software a plus!

Job Details:

· Los Angeles area residency is required.

· Full time in office role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,177.65 - $1,415.46 per week
