Highly trained teachers lead each child to reach developmental milestones, preparing the children for social and academic success.

Our client is looking for fun, compassionate, and energetic Preschool Floaters/Closers to join their premier preschool in Winter Garden, FL. This is a part-time position where the schedule can either be noon-6pm or 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibilities

· Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents

· Ability to understand and support the education program using “learning through play” philosophy

· Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times

· Ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary)

· Ability to lift items/children ~50 pounds

· Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team

· Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies

Qualifications:

· Completed DCF 45-hour certification preferred

· A desire to work with children

· Meet background check eligibility

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
