Job Description:

The Clinical Value Analyst in Materials Management acts as a resource, facilitator & liaison between Materials Management and clinical areas to assure the cost-effective procurement and utilization of products to deliver optimum clinical and financial outcomes. The position will be responsible for assigned clinical product committees and related functions of agendas, product evaluations, and implementations. The focus of the position is to identify and implement product standardization and total cost per unit reductions while striving to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

· Required Education: Associate Degree

· Preferred Education: Registered Nurse Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing preferred. Other clinical degrees/certifications will be considered

· Required Experience: Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Keyboarding, Email, & Powerpoint

· Preferred Certification: Clinical Licensed in State of Virginia and/or maintain Certification in field of expertise
