The Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (ECC) is a clinical therapist who will serve as a consultant to early childcare providers, educators, and families in Cumberland County. The ECC clinician is an expert in the promotion of positive infant and early childhood mental health. This position is child care center based with plan to expand to elementary schools in the near future. Work is almost exclusively during daytime hours when centers/schools are open. Consultants will possess skills that include a knowledge of early childhood development coupled with an understanding of family dynamics and relationship building on an individual/family, provider, and community level. Minimum Qualifications: LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c, LMFT.

Salary for conditionally licensed ECC's is $62,000.

Salary for independently licensed ECC's is $65,000-$69,000 based on experience.
