Oshi Health is looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us continue to build and scale the organization. As a highly organized and effective communicator, the Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on clinical recruiting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews as appropriate. This role will report to the People Operations Lead with significant direct interaction with the Clinical and Leadership Teams.

We take time to get to know each patient and develop a personalized care plan that includes identification of symptom triggers and prescription of evidence-based interventions, including medications, dietary changes, and mental health support.

Our care is delivered virtually through our app, secure messaging, and telehealth visits. When in-person diagnostics or procedures are needed, we take a concierge approach and coordinate access, care and follow up with local providers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and Scale the Clinical Team Organization: Lead recruiting and hiring of full time and independent contractor clinical corporate roles, clinicians, health coaches and care coordinators to keep up with high growth in patient and customer demand as we scale our clinical care team across multiple states and payers. Establish Oshi Health as an employer of choice!
  • Clinical Team Recruitment: Serve as the subject matter expert and leader in full cycle recruitment for clinical team roles. This will include developing job descriptions, sourcing of candidates, resume evaluation, candidate screening, job posting management, and monitor progress throughout the entire interview process. You will drive high clinician satisfaction and retention.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize and leverage tools within our ATS (JazzHR) to proactively source and manage candidate recruitment and pipeline development. While also proactively leveraging innovative strategies such as professional associations, social networks, online resources, and emerging technology to generate a diverse candidate pipeline of active and passive candidates across all clinical roles.
  • Relationship Management: Develop relationships both internally and externally to broaden our candidate pipeline as well as to provide accurate and relevant information publicly about the organization and career opportunities. Drive retention and the successful onboarding of top talent through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Recruiting Strategy & Analysis: Demonstrate ability to develop a recruitment strategy in partnership with VP of Clinical Operations including but not limited to tracking, monitoring, and analyzing outcomes while driving results. Ability to pivot approach(es) to reach top talent while monitoring the industry standards and market to establish Oshi Health as a Best Place to Work.

  • 3+ years of success in an “in house” clinical recruiting role
  • Proven ability to utilize different social media platforms to source for top talent
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Experience utilizing an ATS system
  • Proven ability to generate candidate interest and manage a strong pipeline
  • High emotional intelligence – ability to communicate and navigate sensitive and challenging situations
  • Effective Communicator – able to communicate at all levels of the organization while providing relevant data and insights to help drive decision-making
  • Very operationally efficient professional - organize work around repeatable processes and continuous improvement with high attention to detail
  • Operate with high integrity and accountability for results
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced environment
  • Sincere desire to contribute toward improving patient’s lives
