Job description

About Ally Behavior:

  • We offer full time, center-based, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for kids 18 months to 6 years on the autism spectrum
  • All staff are on-site 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM daily
  • We do not offer telehealth/telework or in-home opportunities
  • Our program offers Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy services for our clients as well to maximize interdisciplinary collaboration and opportunities for carry-over
  • All staff are salaried, with BCBAs, SLPs and OTs eligible for generous monthly bonuses based on billable hours clocked
  • Current centers are located in Rockville, Beltsville and Chantilly. We will continue to open up new centers in the DMV over the next 10 years.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field required
  • BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
  • Licensed to practice ABA therapy in the state of Maryland required (or willingness to obtain license upon hire)
  • Demonstrated experience as a behavior technician providing ABA therapy to children with autism
  • BLS Certification (or willingness to complete training and exam upon hire)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must submit to a federal and state background check
  • Required to hold a caseload of up to 8 clients, with 25 billable hours required + bonus for exceeding billable hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
