Mental Health Psychotherapist

We are looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in supporting a Primary Care Behavioral Health Integration Model of care for patients.

· Care for patients of all age groups and any behavioral concerns from anxiety or tobacco use to parenting strategies

· Support Behavioral Health and Primary Care patients

· Consultations and treatment including individuals, couples, and families

· Assess, diagnose, counsel, and provide integrated general psychotherapeutic and substance abuse treatment, rehabilitation, and care coordination

· Patient education and coaching

· Outpatient

Requirements

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field along with a Wisconsin state-issued license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,371.44 - $62,831.45 per year
