The Clinic Site Director is an experienced mental health clinician who is knowledgeable of and competent in treatment of a variety of emotional disorders. This person is responsible for the overall operations and management of the clinic and staff within, including therapists, psychiatry providers and administrative staff, and the implementation of company policies and procedures.


It is expected that the Clinic Site Director will focus on the following responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements treatment/intervention reflective of identified patient needs, stated in terms of expected outcome, including strategy to achieve stated outcomes.
  • Maintains EMR patient records in accordance with policy requirements.
  • Builds and maintains a part time case load.
  • Plans and leads all clinic staff meetings/case consultation & creates and/or approves meeting agenda and notes for all programs.
  • Ensures that services provided by the clinic are reflective of the needs of the community.
  • Ensures that all staff maintains a case load, manages provider capacity, intake limitations and schedule management.
  • Review and analyze clinic appointment volumes and identifies opportunities to review with Regional Clinic Director.
  • Assists with sales/outreach functions to promote continual growth in coordination with management
  • Coordinates with Human Resources, Quality Assurance and other management as necessary to address and monitor performance issues of staff.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of professional clinical staff.
  • Direct supervision of outpatient clinicians pursuing licensure.
  • Cooperative supervision of other clinicians in coordination with Program Directors.
  • Work in close collaboration with Administrative Site Lead/Manager to manage the clinic operations and administrative team.
  • Act as default supervisor when needed for billing, credentialing, clinical supervision, clinical program oversight

Requirements

  • Mental Health Professional in Iowa
  • Unrestricted license (LISW, LMFT, LMHC)
  • Board Approve Supervisor status is preferred
  • Ability to work with management in a positive and cooperative fashion.
  • Ability to supervise and manage clinical staff.
  • 3+ years of supervisory and/or administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Computer proficiency
