Job description

A medical in Chappaqua, NY is looking for a healthcare recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications and interest in the position
• Representing client interests by negotiating with candidates to reach agreement on compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment
• Coordinating the administrative aspects of hiring new employees, including processing paperwork, verifying credentials, and scheduling orientations
• Reviewing applicants’ resumes and interviewing applicants for open positions
• Identifying prospective candidates for jobs based on client requests and job requirements
• Working with nurse staffing agencies to fill positions with qualified nurses
• Reviewing and updating candidate profiles in databases, such as online applications and HRIS systems
• Screening applicants for jobs based on qualifications, experience, and references
• Coordinating relocation services for new hires

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the industry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Ability to understand and analyze people
• Well organized, detail oriented and confident personality

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)

Payrate: $28 - $30 per hour.
