Summary:
  • Initiates the design, development, execution and implementation of technology research projects. Investigates the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products.
  • Plans and executes applied research.
  • Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories and may contribute to scientific literature and conferences.
  • May participate in development of patent applications.
  • May coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Project management skills, including leading teams.
  • Ability to articulately document, report, and present results of work to senior & executive management level.
  • Ability to write and present scientific manuscripts, possibly publish such documents.
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
  • Typical Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with some post-Graduate work (or equivalent experience). 12 years of related experience.
  • Significant experience with research grant applications.
  • Solid understanding of clinical and research environment in radiotherapy in China
  • Ability to communicate with KOLs in local language in China.

Min $125,400 - Max $225,800
